Seasonally Rooted
At The Crown, our menus are a mirror of the Wye Valley's rich seasonal harvest. We work hand-in-hand with local foragers and farmers, sourcing heritage vegetables and artisanal produce that arrive at our kitchen hours after picking. We proudly source our meat from Pengethley Butchers and farm shop, and Hank's Meat and Game, alongside supplying fresh seasonal vegetables and other locally sourced produce, ensuring quality and full provinance across our menu.
